Refund Request before 90% completion.

Instapreneurs Training (“InstapreneursTraining”) stands behind the ability of our courses to actually get you results when you spend the time studying and implementing what you learn. Once you sign up, you must stick through majority (terms below) of the course. Refunds will be fully processed – no questions asked if the Purchaser adheres to all the terms stated below.

Refund Requests When More Than 90% Has Been Completed.

If you passed the 90% mark.. The “guaranteed results” policy comes into effect.

This is a guarantee that even most universities cannot provide for you. However, we believe in our products and stand behind them 100%. That is why we guarantee results when the program is followed correctly.

Every student that enrols into our courses gets a “60 Day Guarantee”. 

This guarantee states that if you sign up & enrol into one of our courses, watch every single video, do every assignment, and don’t see any results AFTER 60 days from enrolling, we will issue a complete refund.

The period you will have to be eligible to request a refund will be from the 60th day to the 70th day from enrolment.

Here are the requirements to be eligible for a refund.

  1. Spend a minimum of 1 hour per day, or 7 hours per week implementing what you learn. (Example: building your brand, developing, marketing, or building products for your business) – There is simply no way around the work. This only works if you do. You have to create the habit of seeing the project through until the very end. Start by taking daily action on what you learn inside the course. This dedication is what will dictate your success. You might miss a few days here & there, but if you don’t put in the required work, you won’t see results & you won’t be eligible for a refund.
  2. Complete 90% of the course – Whenever a refund is requested, we are going to check to see if you have completed 90% of the course & the included assignments. (It should take about 30 days to complete the entire course). If you haven’t completed to course or the assignments, you will not be eligible for the guarantee.
  3. Contact us after 60 days – If you have completed 90% of the course, implemented what you learned & completed all the assignments, but still don’t see any results or find your course valuable, contact us after the 60 day time span (between the 60th day and 70th day) from your enrolment date & we will provide an immediate refund.

Here is when the guarantee DOES NOT apply:

  1. You enroll, complete less than 90% of the course and request a refund.
  2. You enroll and email us within the 60 day period requesting for a refund.
  3. You enroll, complete 90% of the course, but only request the refund after the 70th day from enrolment.

Payment Cancellation Policy

Any clients that enrolls in our online courses may not cancel the contract outside of the “60 Day Guarantee” period. After enrollment, clients will be responsible for the balance of sale owing and must pay all further installments as agreed and on time. Should Purchaser fail to make any payment as and when due, we reserve all our rights against clients for failure to make installment payments on time, including, but not limited to, mandating a collection agency or attorney to obtain payment from Purchaser, which may adversely affect the Purchaser’s credit rating. Purchaser must reimburse us for all reasonable fees (including legal and collection agency fees) incurred in collecting the balance of sale and is not eligible for the “60 Day Guarantee.”

Your Refund Processing Time:

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, and we reserve the right to use this time to verify your details, review your case, and process your refund.

When requesting a refund, you must include:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Used for Enrollment
  • Payment Method Used
  • Reason for Refund

Refund Policy for Digital Products & Downloadable Assets

  • Digital products and downloadable assets cannot be returned.

Purchases only qualify for refunds in the following situations:

  • You purchased two of the same product accidentally. We’ll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Just drop us a note here!
  • There is a technical problem that customer service cannot resolve for you. Note: Products with technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when enough information regarding how the error was created is provided

 

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

  • You (or your client) don’t need the product anymore.
  • You found different product you like better, or you just changed your mind about your purchase.
  • You realized you don’t know how to use the product.
  • You say the purchase was an accident, but our system shows the product was downloaded.
  • Your order is over 70 days old.

Refund Policy for Consulting Programs (Instapreneurs Accelerator)

Consulting Programs Qualify for Prorated refunds for 60 days.

What this means: It means you get a partial refund based on the proportion of the product or service used.

For Example: If you sign up for a 60 day program & only complete 40 days… you qualify for a 50% refund (or if you sign up, download all the goods inside the program & then cancel the next day – you would qualify for a full refund of the price paid minus the value of the goods you downloaded).

NOTE: There are digital goods & assets inside the course that cannot be refunded once downloaded.

These Goods Are:

  • The “done-for-you” 5 figure template (Instapreneurs Elite Training) – Value $47

In the event that you request a refund for The Instapreneurs Elite Training, you will not be eligible to be refunded more than the sale price minus the value of the 5-figure template (Value $47). Therefore, you can only be refunded a maximum of $50 for The Instapreneurs Elite Training.

The “Refund Policy for Digital Products & Downloadable Assets” shown above, applies to all of these good inside the coaching programs.
